Bread Butter Pudding



This time I wanna teach you guys how to make a super dupper simple bread butter pudding recipes !


Bread butter pudding
Ingredients
Cream UHT                150ml
Milk (UHT)                 150ml
Egg                                1 nos
Castor sugar                20gm
Raising                        20gm
Bread                          5 pcs
Vanilla essence             1 teaspoon
Butter cut into small dice
Margarine to brush

Methods
1.      Grease trail with margarine.
2.      Cut the bread into 4 pieces and dont forget to remove the bread's skin (tepi2 roti)and put it into tray (mangkuk yg nak letak pudding). Make it be 1 layer.
3.      Scattered the raising and butter
4.      Make another layer of bread and scattered raising and butter again until the bread is finished
5.      In a bowl, add the milk, whipping cream, sugar,  egg and essence vanilla. Beat them until well mix.
6.   Then add the ingredients in the bowl into the trail until the top layer of bread is submersed. Make it just nice with level of bread. The leftover can be used as sauce but must be heated first.
7. The technique to be used to bake this bread butter pudding is bain marie or water bath. Bake to 180 celcius for 30-35 mins. Water must 3/4 of tray.

p/s: jangan letak banyak sangat butter tu nanti berminyak dan gemuk. hehehe AND SEBELUM MAKAN SIMPAN DALAM PETI SEJUK DULU. WALAWEH. LAGI MARVELOUS!

budak ni sanggup tak tido sebab dia kata nak makan kek. hehe. pastu dia puji sedap. kembang gak bontot ai nih!
